b) If you have purchased a phone number that is more than one day old and it does not support the intended service, we will issue a full refund. However, if the number is more than one day old and messages have been received, we will not issue a refund. In such cases, we will provide support to resolve any issues and may consider replacing the number at our discretion.
Prohibited Activities
a) You agree not to use the Services for any illegal activities, including, but not limited to, engaging in fraud, harassment, spamming, or any other unlawful activities.
